A short drive through the Frigate Bay Resort area leads to the South-East Peninsula Highway. Capture the awe-inspiring views as you leisurely meander across the Mountain Range, closely flanked by the energetic Atlantic Ocean on the north and the tranquil Caribbean Sea on the south.

Your tour starts in the quiet turquoise waters of Friars Bay. On arrival your guide will take you through an informative orientation and history behind paddle boarding. Friars Bay has the most tranquil waters that allows for the most inexperienced persons to get the hang of standing up on their own personal standup paddle board.

Riders will be provided with state of the art streamlined life jackets and leashes so they can have peace of mind knowing they have the best in safety options. Once everyone feels comfortable the adventure begins!Your tour guide will guide you along the rugged and unspoiled coastline passing secluded coves, cliffs and caves with the option of snorkeling along the way.

Your tour then ends at Frigate Bay Beach. On your tour you may get to see stingrays, sea turtles, tropical fish, mountain goats and a variety of birds.Come and enjoy an original St Kitts experience. Get up, stand up…for your right to SUP!
